Yesss I know blogging about ones lunch is totally lame, but there’s not much going on today and mostly its to make my mom jealous. In Toronto we had some seriously good Jewish foods, and one that I got addicted to was Bagels & Lox. This is my healthy version, less than 300 creamy, smokey, salty, crunchy cals, yo. Having it with a nice honey’d up green tea and then Ill be ready to walk up and down the drive way 2, maybe even 3, times. Its my new gym. Pet Shop Boys on the ol’ iPod, and maximum sweat quotient being conistently met, baby. It doesnt sound like much, but its really incredibly long and at a bloody 90 degree angle. Seems like anyway. KUNG FU MUSCLE TIME! RAWWR!
Also, making some ricotta cheese… I used a litre of cream that was about to go off instead of milk though soooooo not sure if it’s going to work, so.. may or may not post the recipe later!
