Day Seven of Home Made Sauerkraut! Look at how beautiful it is!!! Softened, translucent but still a bit crunchy. The purple cabbage has completely taken over and dyed the green cabbage. It smells perfect. The cabbage is slightly tinny and acidic smelling, and has a lovely sour after taste just as it should. Its time to make it into DINNER!! Get in mah TUMMEH!
I can’t get over the colour. Its psychotic!
